Tightening torque on the M12 thread must not exceed 10 Nm, and the switching point drifts by up to ±10 % of Sr across the temperature range, which matters when the target sits close to the 4 mm limit.

IM12-DI01-2S-2T-0/24VDC is a 2-channel TURCK isolating switching amplifier in a 12.5 mm housing with two potential-free transistor outputs up to 10 kHz. It runs either as two separate channels or with channel 1 doubled onto both outputs.

QS30EXSH2OQ5 is the super high-power emitter of a Banner QS30H2O opposed-mode water sensor pair, used with a QS30ARXSH2O or QS30RRXSH2O receiver over up to 8 m. The 1450 nm infrared beam is tuned to an absorption band of water: it passes through many plastic and glass containers but is attenuated by water-based liquids, so the pair sees whether a container is filled.

An amber AID indicator flashes faster as more light is received.
