Inductive sensor IGYX 12P17B1/S14L, Sn=4mm, 10-30VDC, PNP NO, flush, M12 connector, L=60mm, IP67

IGYX 12P17B1/S14L is a Baumer inductive proximity sensor in an M12 barrel with a 4 mm nominal sensing distance and a PNP normally open (NO) output. The sensing face is flush mountable and the nickel-plated brass housing is 60 mm long.

The sensor is intended for presence and end-position monitoring of metal parts on conveyors, pneumatic cylinders and indexing mechanisms. Switching frequency is <1.5 kHz. Tightening torque on the M12 thread must not exceed 10 Nm, and the switching point drifts by up to ±10 % of Sr across the temperature range, which matters when the target sits close to the 4 mm limit.
