Photo sensor - emitter QS30EXSH2OQ5, water detection, 8 m, 1450 nm, 10-30VDC, M12 5-pin

QS30EXSH2OQ5 is the super high-power emitter of a Banner QS30H2O opposed-mode water sensor pair, used with a QS30ARXSH2O or QS30RRXSH2O receiver over up to 8 m. The 1450 nm infrared beam is tuned to an absorption band of water: it passes through many plastic and glass containers but is attenuated by water-based liquids, so the pair sees whether a container is filled.

Works only with the super high-power QS30ARXSH2O (light operate) or QS30RRXSH2O (dark operate) receiver, ordered separately. Pulling the white wire low switches the beam off, so the receiver can be checked before the machine starts. Modulation frequency A or B is chosen with the grey wire and must match on emitter and receiver, so neighbouring pairs do not interfere.
