Isolating switching amplifier IM12-DI01-2S-2T-0/24VDC, 2-channel, 2 transistor outputs, 10-30VDC, SIL2

IM12-DI01-2S-2T-0/24VDC is a 2-channel TURCK isolating switching amplifier in a 12.5 mm housing with two potential-free transistor outputs up to 10 kHz. It runs either as two separate channels or with channel 1 doubled onto both outputs.

• Channels: 2 inputs for NAMUR sensors (EN 60947-5-6) or potential-free contacts
• Outputs: 2 potential-free, short-circuit-proof transistors, ≤30 V DC, 0.1 A, ≤10 kHz
• Supply: 10...30 V DC, ≤0.8 W
• Housing: polycarbonate/ABS, 120 x 12.5 x 117 mm, DIN rail (NS35)
• Connection: removable screw terminals, 0.2...2.5 mm²
• Environment: IP20, -25...+70 °C

DIP switches on the front set the output mode, input circuit monitoring and the operating mode. An input fault makes the red LED flash according to NE44 and blocks the transistor of that channel. Mechanical contacts need either monitoring switched off or the resistor wiring shown in the datasheet.

Approvals: ATEX, cULus; for use in ATEX Zone 2. Usable in safety circuits up to SIL 2 (IEC 61508).
