Photo sensor PVS28D100QP, pick-to-light, 100 mm, background suppression 20-500 mm, PNP/NPN, 12-30VDC, M12 5-pin

PVS28D100QP is a Banner PVS28 parts verification sensor and multicolour indicator in one 28 mm wide, 100 mm long housing. Two infrared beams detect a hand or object up to a set distance and ignore everything beyond it, so a bin can be confirmed touchlessly.

• Sensing range: 20...500 mm, up to 1000 mm in retroreflective mode
• Output: PNP or NPN, 150 mA
• Response: 120 ms (240 ms in retroreflective mode)
• Supply: 12-30 V DC, 35 mA typical at 24 V DC
• Housing: polycarbonate, ABS end caps, 2 beams at 50 mm spacing

• Connection: 150 mm PVC cable with M12 5-pin male connector

The switch point is taught through the grey remote-input wire. Colours, flash patterns and output behaviour (latching, ON or OFF delay) are set with Banner Pro Editor software and the Pro Converter Cable, ordered separately.
