The BL20-PG-EN-V3 is a TURCK BL20 series programmable gateway with an integrated CODESYS V3 PLC environment. It works as the head module of a BL20 station and, at the same time, as a controller that processes I/O data and communicates with higher system levels.

The gateway replaces a separate PLC in the control cabinet, since it processes the BL20 station's I/O data itself according to a CODESYS V3 program and simultaneously connects the station to the plant Ethernet network, including TURCK Cloud IIoT connectivity. The station additionally requires matching BL20-E series I/O modules, ordered separately.

The BL20-E-2CNT-2PWM is a TURCK BL20-E series economy module with 2 counter/encoder input channels and 2 PWM outputs. Electronics and connection technology are combined in one housing, so no separate base module is needed.

The module operates as part of a BL20-E station together with a BL20-E-GW gateway and other BL20-E modules, and is suited for reading encoders and driving motors or valves with a PWM signal.

The BL20-2AI-I(0/4...20MA) is a TURCK BL20 series electronic module with 2 analogue current inputs. The module mounts on a separate BL20 base, and the field signal is galvanically isolated from the module bus via an optocoupler.

The module requires a separately ordered BL20 base (S3 or S4 series, with screw or tension-spring terminals) — it cannot be used without one. The electronics can be replaced without disconnecting the field wiring, since the connections stay on the base.

GSM datalogger is designed to record 3 current inputs and 1 binary input. In case of exceeded set limits, SMS and JSON messages can be sent via GPRS data connection. Measured values can be sent to the internet storage COMET Cloud, which is a complete monitoring, alarm and analysis system.

It is also possible to set the regular sending of JSON messages to COMET Database, the sending interval is adjustable. Alarms are also indicated locally by LED, LCD and acoustically by built-in beeper.

The recording is performed in a non-volatile electronic memory. The data can be transferred to a PC via included USB-C cable.

GSM recorder includes Traceable calibration certificate with declared metrological traceability of etalons is based on requirements of EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

The BL20-PG-EN-V3-WV is a variant of the BL20-PG-EN-V3 programmable gateway with a CODESYS WebVisu license included. The gateway works as the head module and controller of a BL20 station, and WebVisu lets a process visualisation be opened directly in a browser without extra SCADA software.
