Programmable gateway BL20-PG-EN-V3

The BL20-PG-EN-V3 is a TURCK BL20 series programmable gateway with an integrated CODESYS V3 PLC environment. It works as the head module of a BL20 station and, at the same time, as a controller that processes I/O data and communicates with higher system levels.

• Configuration: CODESYS V3 PLC environment, OPC UA server/client
• Communication: Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, integrated 10/100 Mbps switch (switched or dual-MAC mode), 2x RJ45
• Power: 24 VDC (18...30 VDC), module bus current ≤200 mA, field supply current up to 8 A, system supply current up to 1.3 A
• Indication: LEDs for PLC status, supply and fault signalling
• Environment: IP20, 0...+55°C

The gateway replaces a separate PLC in the control cabinet, since it processes the BL20 station's I/O data itself according to a CODESYS V3 program and simultaneously connects the station to the plant Ethernet network, including TURCK Cloud IIoT connectivity. The station additionally requires matching BL20-E series I/O modules, ordered separately.
