LED indication base B-TL70Z-Q5, 1-4 modules, 100-240VAC, 1/2"-20UNF 5-pin

B-TL70Z-Q5 is the AC base module of the Banner TL70 modular tower light, for towers of one to four modules. Each module is switched by its own 100...240 V AC hot wire through the base connector.

• Modules: 1-4 light or audible modules, position set with DIP switches in each module
• Mode: steady or flashing at 1.5 Hz or 3 Hz, set per module
• Housing: polycarbonate, internal 1/2-14 NPSM mounting thread
• Environment: IP65, -40...+50 °C
• Connection: integral 1/2"-20UNF male quick-disconnect connector, 5 pins

The base takes the same light and audible modules as the DC TL70, so the tower wires straight to 230 V AC control outputs. The base tolerates up to 500 µA leakage current; solid-state PLC outputs often exceed 1 mA, which keeps a module lit in the off state. In that case use relay outputs or fit a shunt resistor between the neutral wire and the hot wire of each channel.
