R38LARR is an Ascon Tecnologic R38 series temperature controller in a 78 x 35 mm case with a single four-digit LED display. Its input is factory-set to 2-wire Pt100, autoranging (-50.0...+850 °C), and the process is held with ON/OFF single or double action, neutral zone or PID control with autotuning, sampled once per second.

A compact regulator for machine builders: heating and cooling on ovens, dryers, water baths and packaging machines, where a 71 x 29 mm cut-out is available and the operator only needs a setpoint and a reading. The second relay is normally used as an alarm or as the cooling stage in double action.

It is the controller version, without timer and programmer: control is ON/OFF, neutral zone or PID with single or double action, with self-tuning and two autotuning algorithms, and up to four setpoints can be stored.

The SSR drive on OUT3 drives heaters through a solid-state relay, so the PID cycle time can be set short without wearing contacts; the two changeover relays remain for cooling or alarms.

KM3HCIROD is an Ascon Tecnologic KM3 panel controller in a 48 x 48 mm (1/16 DIN) case, in the controller version without the optional timer. The main display changes colour between red, green and amber, and control runs as PID single or double action, ON/OFF or ON/OFF with neutral zone, with autotuning, self-tuning and overshoot control.

The isolated analogue output drives a thyristor power unit or a modulating valve with a continuous signal, or retransmits the measured value or setpoint to a PLC or recorder.

AR593 is an APAR programmable transmitter and signal isolator for 35 mm DIN rail. It converts an RTD, thermocouple, mA, V, mV or resistance input into a current and a voltage output at the same time, with 1.5 kV isolation between input, output and supply.

Factory setting is Pt100, 0...500 °C, 4-20 mA and 0-10 V; another input or range is set with an APAR programmer, or by APAR when specified with the order (e.g. AR593 / J / 0..20 mA / 100..600 °C). The current output is active and cannot be used in a loop-powered 2-wire circuit. A red LED shows range exceedance, sensor fault or alarm.

AR956 is an APAR USB programmer for configuring APAR devices from a PC with ARsoft-CFG. It also powers AR59x, AR58x and AR55x transmitters from the USB port, so a transmitter can be set up on the bench without a separate 24 V supply.

The BL20-E-GW-EN is a TURCK BL20-E series multiprotocol gateway that connects a BL20 I/O station to a Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP or PROFINET network. Electronics and connection technology are combined in one housing, and the gateway works as the station's head module.
