SI-RFPT-HP5 is a Banner SI-RF non-contact RFID safety switch with high coding: it accepts only the last actuator taught in, and a new actuator can be taught up to 12 times. Two OSSD safety outputs and a PNP auxiliary output for door status are brought out on a 250 mm cable with an M12 5-pin connector.

SR-IM-9A is a Banner interface module with three 6 A safety output channels. Each NO channel is built from contacts of two force-guided relays in series, and the NC feedback contacts Y1-Y4 go to the EDM input of the light curtain or safety module that drives it - that is how the combination reaches Category 4 and PL e.

The switch works with the SI-RF-A or SI-RF-A2 actuator and a safety controller or relay that evaluates the OSSD outputs, all ordered separately. Low coding means any SI-RF actuator is accepted, so the switch suits guards where tamper resistance is handled by mounting.
