K31HIRRRR is an Ascon Tecnologic K31 panel controller in a 78 x 35 mm case for 0/4...20 mA input. It is the controller version, without timer and programmer: control is ON/OFF, neutral zone or PID with single or double action, with self-tuning and two autotuning algorithms, and up to four setpoints can be stored.

The 0/4...20 mA input takes a transmitter signal, and the four relays allow two-stage control plus two independent alarms on one process value.

TBIL-M1-16DXP is a TURCK I/O Hub with 16 universal digital PNP channels, where each of the 8 M12 ports carries 2 channels individually configurable as input or output through the IO-Link master. Field sensors and actuators wire directly to the hub, without extra cabling back to the control cabinet.

Each channel's function (input or output), signal inversion and behaviour on communication loss (output 0, output 1 or last value) are set through the IO-Link master's ISDU parameters, with no separate configuration software. The hub suits mixed input/output applications, where a port's function can change without rewiring.
