I/O Hub TBIL-M1-16DXP, 16 universal digital PNP channels, IO-Link, M12

TBIL-M1-16DXP is a TURCK I/O Hub with 16 universal digital PNP channels, where each of the 8 M12 ports carries 2 channels individually configurable as input or output through the IO-Link master. Field sensors and actuators wire directly to the hub, without extra cabling back to the control cabinet.

Each channel's function (input or output), signal inversion and behaviour on communication loss (output 0, output 1 or last value) are set through the IO-Link master's ISDU parameters, with no separate configuration software. The hub suits mixed input/output applications, where a port's function can change without rewiring.

Complies with CE, UKCA, ATEX zone 2/22 and CCC-Ex requirements, as well as the cULus certificate (LISTED 21 W2). MTTF 96 years per SN 29500 (Ed. 99) at 20°C.
