Safety relay SR-IM-9A, 3 NO, 6 A, 24VDC, EDM, 22.5 mm DIN rail

SR-IM-9A is a Banner interface module with three 6 A safety output channels. Each NO channel is built from contacts of two force-guided relays in series, and the NC feedback contacts Y1-Y4 go to the EDM input of the light curtain or safety module that drives it - that is how the combination reaches Category 4 and PL e.

• Outputs: 3 NO safety channels, 6 A each; max. 250 V AC / 24 V DC
• Switching capacity: AC-15 250 V AC 3 A; DC-13 24 V DC 2 A; contacts AgNi + 0.2 µm gold
• Input: 24 V DC ±15 %, no polarity, 50 mA per channel, from OSSD or hard-contact outputs
• Response and life: 20 ms max.; mechanical 20 million operations; electrical 1,000,000 cycles at 450 VA
• Housing: polycarbonate, 22.5 mm wide, 35 mm DIN rail, push-in spring clamp terminals 0.2...2.08 mm²
• Environment: IP20 (install in an IP54 enclosure), 0...+50 °C, 90 % RH at +50 °C

For inductive loads, fit suppressors across the load, never across the output contacts. Each spring clamp terminal takes one wire only.
