SI-RFPT-HP5 is a Banner SI-RF non-contact RFID safety switch with high coding: it accepts only the last actuator taught in, and a new actuator can be taught up to 12 times. RSIO-MA4-6SI2SO-C is a Banner RSio remote safety I/O block that brings six safety inputs and two OSSD outputs onto a CIP Safety over EtherNet/IP network. Each input port also accepts an In-Series Diagnostics (ISD) chain of up to 32 devices, 192 per block.

The block needs a safety PLC with CIP Safety on EtherNet/IP; Banner provides the EDS file and Studio 5000 AOI and UDT files. Input reaction time is 6 ms plus debounce (default 6 ms), output reaction time 5 ms.

RSr-L-SIL-8A-Q is a remote safety relay from Banner's RSr family. It converts the OSSD outputs of a safety device into two volt-free normally open relay contacts, so a light curtain, a safety I/O block or a safety PLC can switch loads that do not tolerate OSSD test pulses. This is the latch model: after a stop the outputs stay off until a reset signal is applied on the A-code port.

• Input: one dual-channel OSSD pair, ON threshold > 15 V DC, OFF below 5 V DC
• Output: two normally open safety contacts, 8 A at 24 V DC (DC1) per IEC/EN 60947-5-1
• Supply: 24 V DC ±20 %, under 100 mA, approximately 2 W
• Response time 20 ms maximum, minimum OFF-state recovery 400 ms

The relay mounts directly on the machine with two M4 screws or a bracket, so distributed safety outputs can switch motors, valves and brakes without a control cabinet. There are no DIP switches and nothing to program. Four LED indicators show status, fault, both safety inputs and the relay output.

RSr-L-SIT-8A-Q is a remote safety relay from Banner's RSr family. It converts the OSSD outputs of a safety device into two volt-free normally open relay contacts, so a light curtain, a safety I/O block or a safety PLC can switch loads that do not tolerate OSSD test pulses. This is the trip model: the contacts follow the safety inputs directly, and pin 5 of the A-code port carries an auxiliary output that mirrors the relay state.
