Inductive sensor IGYX 30P17B3/S14L, Sn=15mm, 10-30VDC, PNP NO, flush, M12 connector, L=60mm, IP67

IGYX 30P17B3/S14L is a Baumer inductive proximity sensor in an M30 barrel with a 15 mm nominal sensing distance and a PNP normally open (NO) output. The sensing face is flush mountable and the nickel-plated brass housing is 60 mm long.

The 15 mm sensing distance keeps the sensor clear of the moving part - end-position monitoring on hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, gates and pallets. Switching frequency is 400 Hz, so this model is not suited to counting the teeth of a fast rotating gear. Tightening torque on the M30 thread must not exceed 60 Nm, and the switching point drifts by up to ±10 % of Sr across the temperature range, which matters when the target sits close to the 15 mm limit.
