Measuring light curtain - receiver EA5R1200PIXMODQ, 1200 mm, 5 mm pitch, 4-20mA, PNP, Modbus RTU, M12 8-pin

EA5R1200PIXMODQ is the receiver of a Banner EZ-ARRAY measuring light curtain with a 1200 mm array of 240 beams at 5 mm spacing. The controller is built into the receiver: it evaluates the beam pattern and reports object position, height, width or count through two analog outputs, two discrete outputs and Modbus RTU.

• Resolution: 5 mm straight scan, 2.5 mm edge scan; minimum object 5 mm (low-contrast mode)
• Range: 400 mm...4 m between emitter and receiver
• Outputs: 2x analog 4-20 mA, 2x PNP 100 mA, Modbus RTU over RS485 (up to 15 nodes)
• Supply: 12-30 V DC, 120 mA at 24 V
• Housing: clear-anodised aluminium, acrylic lens cover; end-cap brackets and centre bracket included
• Environment: IP65, -40...+70 °C
• Connection: M12, 8-pin; cordset ordered separately

The receiver is configured with its six-position DIP switch or with the supplied PC software; a straight scan takes 2.8...26.5 ms depending on array length. It works with the EZ-ARRAY emitter of the same length, and each unit needs its own 8-pin M12 cordset.
