Level sensor ZMX-3DE2500HF-Q7, 3D ToF, 0.2...2.5 m, 2x PNP/NPN, Ethernet, M8

ZMX-3DE2500HF-Q7 is a Banner ZMX series 3D time-of-flight sensor that measures distance over a 60 x 45° area with 272 x 208 pixels. Instead of a single point it estimates the fill level and the peak height of the whole region, so uneven stacks and gaps between items do not distort the reading.

Used for bin and gaylord fill level, package height in shipping containers and overfill detection in totes. The region of interest and the container bottom are set once in the Banner 3D Configuration software; after that the sensor runs without a PC. A power cordset and an M8 Ethernet cordset must be ordered separately.
