Ultrasonic sensor U500.PA0.2-GP1J.72F, 20...1000 mm, push-pull, IO-Link, M12 5-pin

U500.PA0.2-GP1J.72F is a Baumer U500 series ultrasonic proximity sensor with a 20...1000 mm operating range, a push-pull switching output and an IO-Link interface. A multiplex version lets several sensors run side by side without mutual interference.

• Sensing distance: 20...1000 mm; response time < 40 ms; sonic frequency 200 kHz
• Outputs: push-pull (works as PNP or NPN), up to 100 mA; IO-Link V1.1, COM 2 (38.4 kBaud), cycle time ≥ 12 ms, port type Class A, also transmits distance

Suited to presence and level detection up to 1 m regardless of colour and transparency. The switching point is set by qTeach, Line-Teach or over IO-Link, which also configures output logic, time filters, beam forming and the function of pin 5.
