Safety laser scanner SX5-R, Remote, outputs via SX5 Master, 5.5 m, 275°

SX5-R is the Remote model of the Banner SX5 Type 3 safety laser scanner. It has no safety outputs of its own: it connects to an SX5 Master over an 8-pin M12 cable and switches the Master's OSSDs.

• Protective field: up to 5.5 m (70/150 mm resolution), 4 m (50 mm), 3 m (40 mm), 2.5 m (30 mm); warning field up to 40 m (90 % white)
• Outputs: none of its own - uses the OSSD pairs of the SX5 Master; each Remote adds 10 ms to the response time
• Scanning: 275°, angular resolution 0.1°, scan cycle 30 ms, response time programmable 62...1202 ms; 905 nm Class 1 laser
• Connection: M12 A-coded 8-pin to the Master or the next Remote
• Supply: 24 V DC (19.2...30 V DC) SELV/PELV, 0.3 A without load
• Housing: aluminium alloy, yellow RAL 1003, replaceable PC window, 102 x 152 x 112.5 mm, 1.5 kg
• Environment: IP65, -10...+50 °C, 95 % RH non-condensing

It works only with an SX5-M10, SX5-M70 or SX5-ME70 Master, ordered separately. The scanner is for indoor industrial use only - not outdoors, not through a window or other transparent material, and not where heavy vapour, smoke or dust is in the air.
