Safety laser scanner SX5-B6, stand-alone, 6 zone sets, 1 OSSD pair, 5.5 m, 275°

SX5-B6 is the stand-alone model of the Banner SX5 Type 3 safety laser scanner, with its own OSSD pair and 6 switchable zone sets. Protective fields reach 5.5 m and warning fields 40 m over a 275° scan.

• Protective field: up to 5.5 m (70/150 mm resolution), 4 m (50 mm), 3 m (40 mm), 2.5 m (30 mm); warning field up to 40 m (90 % white)
• Outputs: 1 OSSD pair, 250 mA at 24 V DC, push-pull; 2 auxiliary outputs, 250 mA
• Scanning: 275°, angular resolution 0.1°, scan cycle 30 ms, response time programmable 62...1202 ms; 905 nm Class 1 laser
• Connection: I/O and power M12 A-coded 8-pin; Ethernet M12 D-coded 4-pin for the configuration software
• Supply: 24 V DC (19.2...30 V DC) SELV/PELV, 0.3 A without load
• Housing: aluminium alloy, yellow RAL 1003, replaceable PC window, 102 x 152 x 112.5 mm, 1.5 kg
• Environment: IP65, -10...+50 °C, 95 % RH non-condensing

The scanner is for indoor industrial use only - not outdoors, not through a window or other transparent material, and not where heavy vapour, smoke or dust is in the air. Commissioning needs the Banner SX5 configuration software and the machine interface and M12 Ethernet cables, ordered separately.
