Wireless data radio R70SR2MQ, 2.4 GHz, RS-485 Modbus RTU, 10-30VDC, IP65, M12 5-pin

R70SR2MQ is a Banner Sure Cross R70SR serial data radio for the 2.4 GHz ISM band that carries RS-485 Modbus RTU traffic over a wireless link instead of a cable. Operating modes are set with DIP switches, and radios are paired with a binding button under the cover.

Serial mode suits cable replacement in point-to-point and small star networks without changing the Modbus addresses of connected devices; MultiHop mode builds a routing table for larger star and tree networks and works with other Sure Cross MultiHop radios. A link needs at least two radios. Never power the radio without an antenna fitted.
