Photo sensor - receiver QS30R, 60 m, PNP/NPN, LO/DO, 10-30VDC, 2 m cable

QS30R is the receiver of a Banner QS30 series opposed-mode photo sensor pair. It switches when an object breaks the infrared beam from a separate QS30E emitter up to 60 m away.

• Sensing range: 60 m with a QS30E emitter, effective beam 18 mm
• Output: bipolar, one PNP and one NPN, Light or Dark Operate selected by the grey wire, 100 mA each
• Response: 5 ms ON/OFF
• Supply: 10-30 V DC, < 40 mA
• Housing: ABS, acrylic lens, M30x1.5 threaded barrel or side mounting, 3 mm hardware included
• Environment: IP67, NEMA 6, -20...+70 °C
• Connection: 2 m PVC cable, 5 wires

Grey wire low (0-3 V) gives Light Operate, open or high gives Dark Operate. A large amber LED on the back of the housing shows the output state from a distance; the top LEDs show power and light sensed, and flash at marginal excess gain. Works with a QS30E emitter, ordered separately.
