Laser sensor Q5XKLAF5000-Q8, 50-5000mm, 2x PNP/NPN, IO-Link, 10-30VDC, IP67, M12 4-pin

Q5XKLAF5000-Q8 is a Banner Q5X series Class 2 laser measurement sensor with a 50...5000 mm range and two independent switching outputs. It detects black targets below 6 % reflectance, also against a black or shiny metal background, and shows the measured distance on its display; settings are made with the buttons or over IO-Link.

Black gain mode raises excess gain about three times for low-reflectivity targets, and shiny gain mode lowers it to about one third for highly reflective ones. The sensor reaches full performance after 20 minutes of warm-up.
