Photo sensor - receiver Q45BB6RQ, 60 m, PNP/NPN, NO/NC, 10-30VDC, 7/8" Mini 4-pin

Q45BB6RQ is the receiver of a Banner Q45BB6 series opposed-mode photo sensor pair. It switches when an object breaks the infrared 880 nm beam from a separate Q456EQ emitter up to 60 m away.

• Sensing range: 60 m with a Q456EQ emitter
• Output: bipolar, one PNP and one NPN, Light or Dark Operate selected by switch, 250 mA each (150 mA at +70 °C)
• Response: 2 ms ON, 1 ms OFF; repeatability 0.25 ms
• Supply: 10-30 V DC, < 50 mA
• Housing: reinforced thermoplastic polyester, o-ring-sealed polycarbonate cover, acrylic lenses, stainless steel hardware
• Environment: IP67, NEMA 6, -40...+70 °C, built for 1200 psi washdown
• Connection: integral 7/8" Mini 4-pin male connector

Sensitivity is set with a multi-turn potentiometer under the sealed cover. Indicators: green for power, red for received signal (pulses with signal strength), amber for output. Works with a Q456EQ emitter, ordered separately; the high excess gain of the pair suits long distances and dusty or dirty areas.
