O200.SL.T-GW1J.72NV/F160_H006 is a Baumer O200 miniature SmartReflect light barrier tuned for transparent objects. It forms the barrier between itself and a fixed machine surface, so no reflector is mounted opposite, and an object is detected by the 5% signal attenuation that even a clear bottle or film produces.

It is used on filling and labelling lines for PET bottles, glass containers, clear film and blister packs, and wherever there is no room or no mounting point for a reflector on the far side. Background tracking compensates for lens contamination and slow changes in the reference surface, so the threshold stays usable between cleaning intervals; the compensation and the switching point are also readable and settable over IO-Link.
