Photo sensor O200.GL-GW1J.72NV/F040_H006, BGS 20-120mm laser, 10-30VDC, push-pull, IO-Link, M8 pigtail

O200.GL-GW1J.72NV/F040_H006 is a Baumer O200 miniature background suppression sensor with a focused laser beam converging at 40 mm, where it resolves objects down to 0.05 mm. Switching point, hysteresis, time filters and counter are set by qTeach, line teach or over IO-Link V1.1, and the same interface returns a 16-bit distance measurement, excess gain, quality and alarm bits.

The focused beam suits small targets and narrow gaps - wire ends, thin edges, holes in a moving strip, or the boundary between stacked sheets. The distance value returned over IO-Link lets a controller follow signal drift long before the switching output starts to fail.
