Encoder EIL580-S1B1.7FE.01024.A, 1024 PPR, TTL/RS422, 5VDC, EURO flange B10, Ø11 mm shaft, M23 12-pin

EIL580-S1B1.7FE.01024.A is a Baumer optoPulse incremental encoder with optical sensing, 1024 pulses per revolution and a EURO flange B10. The flange, with a Ø85 mm centring collar and six Ø6.6 mm holes on a Ø100 mm pitch circle, matches EURO B10 motor and gearbox mounting.

• Supply: 5 V DC ±5 %, no-load consumption ≤70 mA
• Housing: EURO flange B10 (Ø115 mm), Ø11 x 30 mm shaft with Woodruff key
• Environment: IP67 (with shaft seal), -40...+85 °C, up to 6000 rpm
• Connection: M23 12-pin radial connector

The encoder needs a regulated 5 V supply and cannot be connected directly to a 24 V circuit. The shaft needs a flexible coupling, as permitted load is 40 N axial and 80 N radial.

UL 508 / CSA 22.2 approved. EMC to EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-3; vibration (30 g, 10-2000 Hz) and shock (300 g, 6 ms) resistance to EN 60068-2-6 and EN 60068-2-27.
