CMVT-QR20-IOLX3-H1141 is a condition monitoring vibration and temperature sensor measuring acceleration and velocity over three axes plus the housing temperature. It is intended for rotating machine parts where rising vibration indicates bearing wear, imbalance or shaft misalignment, so the deviation is caught before a failure.

Frequency ranges and switching thresholds are configurable over IO-Link, so only the band in which a given machine's fault appears has to be watched. The 4...20 mA output on pin 2 carries the same quantity in analogue form, so the sensor connects to a controller with no IO-Link master.

Besides the aggregated RMS values the sensor outputs a bearing condition indicator and transfers the raw signal over IO-Link BLOB at up to 64 kHz with a low-pass filter at 12 kHz. FFT analysis can therefore be done off the sensor - on the controller or a server. Frequency ranges and thresholds are configurable over IO-Link.

MAGKIT-M8T is the magnetic mount for the CMVT-M8T family of vibration sensors. The sensor screws into the magnet's female thread, and the magnet is placed on the machine surface without drilling or cutting a thread in the equipment itself.

MAGKIT-M5 is the magnetic mounting kit for CMVT-QR20 rectangular-housing sensors. The sensor is screwed to two magnets with the supplied M5 screws, and the magnets hold it on the machine surface without drilling a hole in the equipment.
