TLF100P3KQP is a Banner TLF100 Pro series 100 mm tower light with three RGB segments in a flat housing that mounts flush on a machine surface. It is controlled entirely over IO-Link: color, flashing, dimming and animations are set from the controller.

• Segments: 3, RGB multicolor, default green/yellow/red from the bottom; e.g. green 7.5 lm, yellow 9.8 lm, red 3.7 lm per segment
• Communication: IO-Link, response max. 20 ms; basic segment, advanced segment, run, level and gauge modes
• Supply: 18...30 V DC, typ. 59 mA per segment at 24 V, device max. 560 mA
• Housing: black polycarbonate, 100 x 190 x 42.2 mm, flush mounting; supplied screws for surfaces up to 8 mm
• Environment: IP65, IP69K, UL Type 4X, -40...+50 °C
• Connection: 150 mm PVC cable with 4-pin M12 male connector

Needs an IO-Link master port; there are no discrete inputs, so the tower cannot be switched directly from a PLC output. The cable must not be cleaned with a high-pressure jet.
