Inductive sensor IGYX 08P37B3/S35L, Sn=2mm, 10-30VDC, PNP NC, flush, M8 connector, L=36mm, IP67

IGYX 08P37B3/S35L is a Baumer inductive proximity sensor in an M8 barrel with a 2 mm nominal sensing distance and a PNP normally closed (NC) output. The sensing face is flush mountable and the stainless steel housing is 36 mm long.

The Ø 8 mm body and 36 mm length fit the sensor into grippers, indexing tables and other positions where an M12 barrel does not fit. A 3 kHz switching frequency is enough for presence monitoring of fast moving metal parts. Tightening torque on the M8 thread must not exceed 5 Nm, and the switching point drifts by up to ±10 % of Sr across the temperature range, which matters when the target sits close to the 2 mm limit.
