EN380.IL-SMA5.5C1H1.00500.H is a Baumer EN380 series incremental encoder with optical sensing, a synchro flange and a solid shaft. Every channel also carries an inverted signal, so the encoder can be wired to a differential input and use a longer cable in electrically noisy surroundings.

The encoder mounts on a motor or gearbox shaft end through a flexible coupling, and the synchro flange fits it into a tight installation without a separate mounting plate. Permissible speed is 8000 rpm.
