FHDK 10P5101 is a Baumer miniature photo sensor with background suppression. It compares where the reflected beam lands on its internal detector, so an object is detected regardless of its colour or surface reflectivity while everything beyond the set distance is ignored. A 35...45 mm focus zone with a 4 mm beam diameter allows small objects to be detected.

The sensor suits presence and position control in packaging, assembly and sorting machines where the background sits close to the object and dark or glossy surfaces give a standard diffuse sensor a false reading. A flashing light indicator shows insufficient signal margin or a soiled lens, so alignment and maintenance need no instruments. OM60-PR0135.HH.YUFV is a Baumer OM60 laser distance sensor with a 70 mm measuring range at 65...135 mm and a spot beam. The distance is output as an analogue 0...10 V or 0...5 V signal, and at the same time the 32-bit measured value and the sensor settings are available over IO-Link 1.1.3.

OM60-LR0060.HH.TXFV is a Baumer OM60 laser distance sensor with a 20 mm measuring range at 40...60 mm and a line-shaped beam. The line beam is intended for structured surfaces, where a spot beam would follow individual grooves or fibres. The measured value is read over RS485 with the Modbus RTU protocol.
