BC-M12F4-M12M4-22-1 is a Banner double-ended M12 extension cordset with a straight 4-pin female connector at one end and a straight 4-pin male connector at the other. The cable is rated as UL ITC/PLTC tray cable, so it can be laid in cable trays without conduit where those approvals apply.
