Photo sensor OT330.GN-GLZZJ.72OV/0030, background suppression, 0...2500mm, push-pull, IO-Link, M12 0.3m flylead

OT330.GN-GLZZJ.72OV/0030 is a background suppression photo sensor from the Baumer OT330 series in a miniature housing, measuring by time of flight over a 0...2500 mm switching range. Distance is measured directly, so a black and a white object are detected at the same point (black/white shift 0 %). The measured distance value is available over IO-Link.

The infrared laser diode (940 nm, laser class 1) also works in dusty and smoky environments, while a visible red Alignment Guide beam is used for alignment. Response time is selected over IO-Link: < 25 ms in High Speed, < 50 ms in Standard and < 200 ms in High Accuracy mode. Suppression of reciprocal influence allows several sensors to be mounted side by side.

Vibration and shock resistance tested to IEC 60068-2-6:2008 (10 g, 10...2000 Hz) and IEC 60068-2-27:2009 (50 g / 11 ms resp. 100 g / 6 ms).
