Photo sensor - receiver OR18W.EI-PW1P.9VO, through-beam, 13 m, PNP, 12-30VDC, M18 stainless steel, M12 4-pin

OR18W.EI-PW1P.9VO is the receiver half of the Baumer OR18W through-beam pair, in a washdown stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) housing rated IP 67/69K. It switches when the beam from the matching OR18W emitter is interrupted, so the emitter has to be ordered with it.

A through-beam pair holds its range on wet, dark or poorly reflecting objects, which is what makes it the choice on washdown lines where a reflector would be fouled by the cleaning water. Sensitivity is set on the receiver with a 270° potentiometer and pin 2 (white) is a control input. A green LED shows beam alignment and lens soiling, a yellow LED the output state.
