OM60-PR0135.HH.YUFV is a Baumer OM60 laser distance sensor with a 70 mm measuring range at 65...135 mm and a spot beam. The distance is output as an analogue 0...10 V or 0...5 V signal, and at the same time the 32-bit measured value and the sensor settings are available over IO-Link 1.1.3.

A measuring frequency of 2000 Hz and a response time of 1 ms allow measurement on moving parts. Exposure time adjusts automatically, so the reading stays stable when the material colour or surface changes. The IO-Link process data follow the Smart Sensor Profile and carry, besides the measured value, two switching channels and quality and alarm bits.
