Photo sensor O300.RP.T-GW1J.72N, retro-reflective, transparent objects, 3.5 m, push-pull, IO-Link, M8

O300.RP.T-GW1J.72N is a Baumer O300 series retro-reflective photoelectric sensor for detecting transparent objects - glass and PET bottles, film and clear packaging - at up to 3.5 m. Switching is triggered by the attenuation of the returned signal, and the threshold can be set to 10, 20 or 30 %, so the sensor also responds to an object that weakens the signal only partly.

The sensor suits checks on empty glass and PET bottles, film and clear packaging on filling and packaging lines. The attenuation threshold and the filter functions can be changed over IO-Link from the control system, while qTeach can be locked so that the settings cannot be overwritten by accident.
