Gearwheel sensor MHRM 12G5501, Hall effect, push-pull, 0...15 kHz, 8-28VDC, 2 m PUR cable

MHRM 12G5501 is a Baumer Hall-effect gearwheel sensor that detects the teeth of ferromagnetic gears from module 1 upwards. It has one push-pull output with a switching frequency of up to 15 kHz.

  • Working distance: max. 0.7 mm at module 1, max. 2.4 mm at module 3
  • Gear: ferromagnetic, module 1 or larger, width over 6 mm
  • Output: push-pull, 30 mA, voltage drop below 5 VDC at 15 mA; switching frequency 0...15 kHz
  • Supply: 8...28 VDC, max. 20 mA without load; short-circuit and reverse-polarity protected
  • Housing: cylindrical threaded, Ø12 mm, 50 mm long, nickel-plated brass, PBTP sensing face
  • Environment: IP67, -40...+85 °C
  • Connection: 2 m PUR cable

Mounting is rotationally symmetric: the sensor's position about its own axis relative to the gear does not need aligning.

CE and UL approved.
