Vibration sensor CMVT-QR20-IOLX3-H1141/3GD, ATEX 3G/3D, 16 g, 0...320 mm/s, 3-axis, IO-Link, M12, IP69K

CMVT-QR20-IOLX3-H1141/3GD is a condition monitoring vibration and temperature sensor measuring acceleration and velocity over three axes plus the housing temperature. It is the ATEX version of the CMVT-QR20 for zones 2 and 22 - the measuring side is unchanged, but the device carries an Ex marking and a narrower permitted ambient range.

Device marking: Ex II 3 G Ex ec IIC T4 Gc / II 3 D Ex tc. The plug connection must not be disconnected under voltage, and the sensor must be protected against mechanical damage.

Over IO-Link the output quantity is selectable - acceleration or velocity, RMS or peak-to-peak - and the switching thresholds are set there. Thresholds can be parameterised to the ISO 10816-3 machine classes or defined freely. A green LED shows the supply and, when flashing, active IO-Link communication; two yellow LEDs show an exceeded threshold.

UL registration number E351232. MTTF 548 years to SN 29500 (Ed. 99) at 40°C. Shock tested to EN 60068-2-27, vibration to EN 60068-2-6, temperature cycling to EN 60068-2-14 (20 cycles).
