SG-TL70-B is a Banner TL70 series blue 70 mm light module for a modular tower light. When off the segment looks gray, so ambient light does not make it appear lit.

The module twist-locks onto a B-TL70 series base, which carries the electrical connection. The DIP switches set the module's position in the tower (1...6), so it can be moved to another position without rewiring.
