I/O Hub R90C-4B21-KQ, 4-port discrete, IO-Link, 18-30VDC, M12

R90C-4B21-KQ is a Banner R90C series IO-Link hub with four M12 ports, each carrying two discrete channels that can be set as NPN or PNP input or output. It brings non-IO-Link sensors and actuators onto one IO-Link master port.

• Ports: 4x M12 female, 2 discrete channels per port, NPN or PNP set per channel; output load 100 mA
• Functions: ON/OFF delay, one-shot, retriggerable one-shot, pulse stretcher, totaliser; count, events per minute and duration per channel
• Communication: IO-Link device; any port signal can be mirrored to another port or to the host pin 2
• Supply: 18...30 VDC, max. 100 mA; pass-through current max. 1 A per port
• Housing: over-moulded PVC body, nickel-plated brass coupling nuts, 50x90 mm
• Environment: IP65, IP67, IP68, -40...+70 °C
• Connection: 4x 4-pin M12 female, 1x 4-pin M12 male to the master

Mounts on the machine next to the sensors, so one cable runs back to the IO-Link master instead of eight. It needs an IO-Link master port and M12 cordsets, ordered separately.
