Photo sensor OT300.GL-GLZZJ.72N, background suppression, 100...1800mm, push-pull, IO-Link, NO/NC, 12-30VDC, M8

OT300.GL-GLZZJ.72N is a background suppression photo sensor from the Baumer OT300 series in a miniature housing, measuring by time of flight over a 100...1800 mm switching range. A red laser diode (680 nm, laser class 1) focused at 700 mm forms a narrow point beam, and the measured distance value is available over IO-Link.

Response time is selected over IO-Link: < 4 ms in High Speed, < 8 ms in Standard and < 50 ms in Long Range mode, so the same sensor suits both a fast sorting line and a longer distance with weak remission. Operating hours, operating cycles, supply voltage and device temperature are also readable over IO-Link.

Vibration and shock resistance tested to IEC 60068-2-6:2008 (10 g, 10...2000 Hz) and IEC 60068-2-27:2009 (50 g / 11 ms).
