Level switch LBFS-2.01511.0, G 1/2" A ISO 228-1 reverse assembly, PNP, AISI 304, M12 connector with LED

LBFS-2.01511.0 is a capacitive point level switch from the Baumer CleverLevel series with a G 1/2" A ISO 228-1 process connection for reverse assembly - the thread sits inside the body, so the sensor screws onto a nozzle projecting from the tank. Gasket ZPX3-14B0 (glass and aramide fibre with NBR) is included.

• Switching: point level detection from the dielectric constant of the medium (DC > 1.5), Single Point, Two Point and Window trigger modes, hysteresis < ±1 mm
• Output: two PNP outputs (SW1, SW2), High-Active or Low-Active, 50 mA, step response T90 0.1 s
• Supply: 8.5...35 V DC, current consumption < 8 mA (typ.)

The reverse-assembly build covers the case where the tank wall carries no internal thread and only a male-threaded nozzle is available. On this build the process temperature is limited to 85 °C and no temporary excursion above it is permitted. Mounting position is free - top, bottom or side.

The PEEK material complies with USP Class VI. cULus listed, E365692. Marine approvals: DNV, Lloyd's Register and CCS. EMC compliance to EN 61326-1 and EN 50121-3-2.
