Level switch LBFS-2.01111.0, G 1/2" A ISO 228-1, PNP, AISI 304, M12 connector with LED

LBFS-2.01111.0 is a capacitive point level switch from the Baumer CleverLevel series with a G 1/2" A ISO 228-1 BSC process thread. The Frequency Sweep measuring principle sets the switching point from the dielectric constant of the medium (DC > 1.5), and the device carries two independent outputs, SW1 and SW2, each set separately to High-Active or Low-Active logic.

• Environment: process temperature -40...115 °C (135 °C temporarily), process pressure -1...100 bar (-1...80 bar temporarily), IP67 and IP69K with a matching mating connector
• Connection: M12-A, 4-pin, polycarbonate connector with status LED indicators

The switch is intended for tanks and pipework in industrial plant with a G 1/2" internal thread and pressures up to 100 bar. Mounting position is free - top, bottom or side. Damping of up to 60 s is set so that surface movement or splashing does not cause false switching.

The PEEK material complies with USP Class VI. cULus listed, E365692. Marine approvals: DNV, Lloyd's Register and CCS. EMC compliance to EN 61326-1 and EN 50121-3-2.
