Level switch LBFS-2.01421.0, G 1/2" A hygienic, PNP, AISI 316L, M12 connector with LED

LBFS-2.01421.0 is a capacitive point level switch from the Baumer CleverLevel series with a G 1/2" A hygienic process connection. The Frequency Sweep measuring principle sets the switching point from the dielectric constant of the medium (DC > 1.5), and the device carries two independent outputs, SW1 and SW2, each set separately to High-Active or Low-Active logic.

• Output: two PNP outputs (SW1, SW2), each separately High-Active or Low-Active, 50 mA, step response T90 0.1 s, adjustable damping 0...60 s

• Housing: stainless steel; wetted parts PEEK Natura and AISI 316L (1.4404), Ra ≤ 0.8 µm

• Connection: M12-A, 4-pin, polycarbonate connector with status LED indicators

The switch is intended for tanks and pipework in food, beverage and pharmaceutical plant, where the Ra ≤ 0.8 µm surface finish and the hygienic connection allow CIP cleaning without removing the sensor. The hygienic connection limits process pressure to 10 bar. Mounting position is free - top, bottom or side.
