Temperature sensor M18TIP6EQ, infrared non-contact, -20...+300°C, 4-20mA + PNP, D:S 6:1, M18, M12 5-pin

M18TIP6EQ is a Banner M18T series non-contact infrared temperature sensor with a 6:1 distance-to-spot ratio and a sealed plastic face for food industry use. A thermopile detector measures the infrared energy an object emits and gives a 4-20 mA output proportional to its temperature, plus a PNP alarm.

• Accuracy: linearity ±2 °C at 0...+50 °C, ±1 °C or ±1 % above +50 °C; repeatability ±1 % or ±1 °C, whichever is greater
• Measuring range: -20...+300 °C; spectral range 8-14 µm; D:S 6:1; minimum taught span 10 °C
• Outputs: analog 4-20 mA, slope set by teach order; PNP alarm; response 75 ms (95 % step)

The measuring window is taught with the push button or by remote teach, without potentiometers, and the target does not need to move. Linearity is specified for 0...+300 °C.
