Level switch LBFS-2.01422.0, G 1/2" A hygienic, NPN, AISI 316L, M12 connector with LED

LBFS-2.01422.0 is a capacitive point level switch from the Baumer CleverLevel series with a G 1/2" A hygienic process connection and NPN outputs. The Frequency Sweep measuring principle sets the switching point from the dielectric constant of the medium (DC > 1.5), and the device carries two independent outputs, SW1 and SW2, each set separately to High-Active or Low-Active logic.

The NPN version is for control systems with a common positive potential, where inputs are switched to 0 V. In all other respects the switch matches the hygienic build for food, beverage and pharmaceutical plant: the Ra ≤ 0.8 µm surface finish allows CIP cleaning, and the hygienic connection limits process pressure to 10 bar.

Complies with EN 1935/2004, EN 10/2011 and EN 2023/2006, FDA, 3-A (74-07) and EHEDG EL Class I. The PEEK material complies with USP Class VI. cULus listed, E365692. Marine approvals: DNV, Lloyd's Register and CCS.
