EN380.IL-TG06.5C1H1.00360.H is a Baumer EN380 series incremental encoder with optical sensing, a through hollow shaft and a torque pin. Every channel also carries an inverted signal, so the encoder can be wired to a differential input and use a longer cable in electrically noisy surroundings.

  • Resolution: 360 pulses per revolution
  • Output: HTL/push-pull, channels A, B and reference R with inverted signals, up to 160 kHz
  • Supply: 8...30 VDC, 30 mA (24 VDC) without load
  • Housing: aluminium, through hollow shaft ø6 mm
  • Environment: IP 65, -25...+85 °C, vibration 10 g (10-2000 Hz), shock 100 g (2 ms)
  • Connection: 1 m radial cable, 8 x 0.14 mm², open cable end

The shaft passes right through the encoder, so it also fits where the shaft continues on both sides, and the torque pin holds the housing against rotation. Permissible speed is 6000 rpm up to +60 °C.

EMC compliance to EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-4. UL-Listing E217823.

CMVT-QR20-IOLX3-H1141 is a condition monitoring vibration and temperature sensor measuring acceleration and velocity over three axes plus the housing temperature. It is intended for rotating machine parts where rising vibration indicates bearing wear, imbalance or shaft misalignment, so the deviation is caught before a failure.

  • Measuring range: acceleration 16 g RMS (6.6 kHz sampling), velocity 0...320 mm/s RMS @ 78 Hz, temperature -40...+85°C; resolution 0.01 g and 0.01 mm/s
  • Accuracy: velocity linearity deviation ≤ ±1 % @ 78 Hz, acceleration ≤ ±3 % @ 78 Hz; repeatability ≤ ±5 % @ 78 Hz
  • Outputs: pin 4 - IO-Link or SIO, pin 2 - SIO; two PNP/NPN switching outputs in SIO mode; IO-Link COM 3 (230.4 kBaud)
  • Supply: 18...30 VDC (IO-Link), 10...30 VDC (SIO), consumption < 50 mA
  • Protection: against wire break and reverse polarity
  • Housing: rectangular QR20, Ultem plastic, 71.6 x 62.6 x 20 mm
  • Environment: IP68/IP69K, pollution degree 3, shock 200 g (4 ms), vibration 20 g
  • Connection: M12 x 1 male connector, 4-pin

Over IO-Link the output quantity is selectable - acceleration or velocity, RMS or peak-to-peak - and the switching thresholds are set there. Thresholds can be parameterised to the ISO 10816-3 machine classes or defined freely. A green LED shows the supply and, when flashing, active IO-Link communication; two yellow LEDs show an exceeded threshold.

UL registration number E351232. MTTF 548 years to SN 29500 (Ed. 99) at 40°C. Shock tested to EN 60068-2-27, vibration to EN 60068-2-6, temperature cycling to EN 60068-2-14 (20 cycles).

CMVT-QR20-IOLX3-H1141/3GD is a condition monitoring vibration and temperature sensor measuring acceleration and velocity over three axes plus the housing temperature. It is the ATEX version of the CMVT-QR20 for zones 2 and 22 - the measuring side is unchanged, but the device carries an Ex marking and a narrower permitted ambient range.

  • Measuring range: acceleration 16 g RMS (6.6 kHz sampling), velocity 0...320 mm/s RMS @ 78 Hz, temperature -40...+85°C; resolution 0.01 g and 0.01 mm/s

  • Environment: IP68/IP69K, pollution degree 3, shock 200 g (4 ms), vibration 20 g; permitted ambient in the ATEX zone -30...+70°C
  • Connection: M12 x 1 male connector, 4-pin

Device marking: Ex II 3 G Ex ec IIC T4 Gc / II 3 D Ex tc. The plug connection must not be disconnected under voltage, and the sensor must be protected against mechanical damage.

CMVT-M8TA1X-LI2IOL-H1141 is a stainless steel vibration and temperature sensor with an M8 screw-in thread, measuring over one axis at a 23.6 kHz sampling rate. It is intended for rotating machine parts where rising vibration indicates bearing wear or imbalance; the sensor screws into the bearing housing along the axis where the vibration is expected.

  • Measuring range: acceleration 10 g RMS / 14 g peak, velocity 0...128 mm/s RMS @ 159 Hz, temperature -40...+80°C; resolution 0.01 g and 0.01 mm/s
  • Accuracy: ≤ ±0.5 % @ 159 Hz; temperature linearity deviation ≤ 10 %
  • Outputs: pin 4 - IO-Link or SIO, pin 2 - 4...20 mA or SIO; IO-Link COM 2 (38.4 kBaud)
  • Supply: 18...30 VDC, consumption < 120 mA in IO-Link mode
  • Housing: stainless steel, M8 screw-in thread, 72.5 x 23.8 mm
  • Environment: IP66/IP67, operating temperature -40...+80°C, shock 60 g (6 ms), vibration 20 g
  • Connection: M12 x 1 connector, 4-pin

Frequency ranges and switching thresholds are configurable over IO-Link, so only the band in which a given machine's fault appears has to be watched. The 4...20 mA output on pin 2 carries the same quantity in analogue form, so the sensor connects to a controller with no IO-Link master.

MTTF 164 years to SN 29500 (Ed. 99). Shock tested to EN 60068-2-27, vibration to EN 60068-2-6.

CMVT-M8TE1X-LI2IOL-H1141 is a stainless steel vibration and temperature sensor with an M8 screw-in thread and a 64 kHz sampling rate. It is intended for rotating machine parts where rising vibration indicates bearing wear or imbalance; the sensor screws into the bearing housing along the axis where the vibration is expected.

  • Measuring range: acceleration 33.9 g RMS / 48 g peak (10 Hz...10 kHz), velocity 0...256 mm/s RMS @ 159 Hz, temperature -40...+80°C; resolution 0.01 g and 0.01 mm/s
  • Accuracy: ≤ ±0.5 % @ 159 Hz; temperature linearity deviation ≤ 10 %
  • Outputs: pin 4 - IO-Link or SIO, pin 2 - 4...20 mA or SIO; IO-Link COM 3 (230.4 kBaud)
  • Supply: 18...30 VDC, consumption < 120 mA in IO-Link mode
  • Housing: stainless steel, M8 screw-in thread, 72.5 x 23.8 mm
  • Environment: IP66/IP67, operating temperature -40...+80°C, shock 60 g (6 ms)
  • Connection: M12 x 1 connector, 4-pin

Besides the aggregated RMS values the sensor outputs a bearing condition indicator and transfers the raw signal over IO-Link BLOB at up to 64 kHz with a low-pass filter at 12 kHz. FFT analysis can therefore be done off the sensor - on the controller or a server. Frequency ranges and thresholds are configurable over IO-Link.

  • Accuracy: ≤ ±0.5 % @ 159 Hz
  • Outputs: 4...20 mA, load resistance ≤ 0.5 kΩ

  • Environment: IP66/IP67, operating temperature -40...+80°C, shock 60 g (6 ms), vibration 20 g
  • Connection: M12 x 1 connector, 4-pin

There is no IO-Link and nothing to configure - the sensor wires straight into a controller's analogue input, and the measuring span is fixed by the model chosen.
