Conductivity sensor AFI5-A813.4002.0300, 2x4-20mA, G 1" hygienic L=60mm, with display, split version, 10 m cable

AFI5-A813.4002.0300 is a Baumer CombiLyz inductive conductivity sensor with separate electronics: the probe with its G 1 A connection sits in the pipe, and the housing with display is wall-mounted up to 10 m away. It passes conductivity and temperature on as two separate 4...20 mA signals, and both solid-state relays in the display can be set as limit contacts.

Used for concentration control of CIP solutions and for phase separation between product, water and cleaning solution in dairy, brewery and beverage lines. The minimum measurable conductivity is 50 µS/cm, so the sensor does not suit demineralised or purified water. The split design keeps the electronics away from hot or hard-to-reach pipe sections.
