Turck condition monitoring sensors measure vibration, temperature, humidity and magnetic field changes where wear, faults or environmental risks occur. The sensor preprocesses the values locally and transmits them via IO-Link, digital outputs or a serial interface, depending on the model.

Thresholds in the sensor
Threshold values, switching signals and process values are handled in the sensor itself, so less programming is needed in the control system.

Retrofit on existing machines
Compact housings and IO-Link or serial interfaces let the sensors be added to running machines with little integration work.

Rugged housings
Protection up to IP68/IP69K allows the sensors to be mounted directly on machines and in harsh operating conditions.

Additional diagnostics
Besides measured values, the sensors count operating hours and switching cycles for maintenance planning and analysis.
